WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. -- Pasco County deputies are investigating a shooting that left a woman dead at an apartment complex in Wesley Chapel.
The call about the deadly shooting at the Pasco Woods Apartments on Ryerson Circle came in at 5:45 p.m. They found the body of a 36-year-old woman in an apartment.
Deputies said they are searching for a suspect in connection to the shooting.
Law enforcement needs your help in finding Brian Wilson. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
Deputies said Wilson might be traveling in a 2010 red Chevrolet Malibu LTZ with Florida tag LBFN06. He may be traveling towards the Orlando area because he resides in Windermere.
Wilson should be considered armed and dangerous and anyone who sees him or his car should call 911 immediately.
Sheriff's Capt. Christopher Beaman said they don't believe this was a random act, and that Wilson and the victim knew each other. They had one child together, he said.
Other family members were present during the shooting, Beaman said.
Beaman had a message for Wilson: "If you're listening, do the right thing, pull over, call 911, and let's talk."
