TAMPA, Florida — A man was shot and killed early Sunday morning in Tampa, according to a news release.
Tampa police responded around 3:15 a.m. to the Scrugg Manor apartment complex on North 22nd Street in reference to a man being fatally shot.
Detectives are still working to learn what led to the shooting, police said.
