ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — St. Petersburg police are looking for a man who they said attacked a tram driver at the pier earlier this month.
While it's unclear what led up to the attack, surveillance video shows what looks like an argument between the man and the victim on June 9. The man then lunges at the driver, pushing him over into a seat and then onto the pavement outside the tram.
Police said in an X post that the driver had minor injuries and they are still looking for the man as of Friday.
The suspect is dressed in a long-sleeved shirt and a black Tampa Bay Rays hat. Anyone with information about this incident is urged to call police at 727-893-7780.
