HAINES CITY, Fla. – The Haines City Police Department arrested a 63-year-old man accused of sexually battering a woman with special needs.
Claude Lewis is charged with three counts of sexual battery of a mentally defective adult.
The victim is reportedly pregnant, according to Haines City police.
Lewis knew the victim’s mental condition and committed battery at her home three separate times, police said.
Police arrested Lewis on Thursday. The police department said Lewis admitted the offense to investigators and was taken to the Polk County Jail.
