An 11-year-old boy is speaking after he shot a would be burglar.
Chris Gaither was home alone Wednesday, when the burglar broke into his central Alabama home.
That's when Chris pulled out a nine millimeter handgun and chased the bad guy out, firing several shots.
The 12th bullet found its mark.
The would-be burglar was taken to a hospital, and will likely face charges. Chris says he learned to shoot with his step dad.
