WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. – One of three escaped Wakulla County inmates has been captured in North Carolina.

Casey Brandon Martina, 25, was located in Rowan County and taken into custody on Tuesday.

Authorities are working to extradite Martina back to Wakulla County to face charges.

The Wakulla County Sheriff's Office says the investigation is ongoing and more details will be released when they are available.

The other two escaped inmates, Joel Teraill Cooper, 43, and Donald James Cotterman, 44, remain at large.
