For all you procrastinators out there, H&R Block is keeping several local offices open extended hours to ensure taxpayers get the advice they need before this year's April 18 deadline.
Due to a Washington D.C. holiday falling on the normal filing deadline of April 15, the deadline was moved to Monday, April 18.
Select H&R Block offices will have extended hours April 15 - 18 and won’t close until the last client has filed a return or an extension to file. Taxpayers can find a list of participating H&R Block offices with extended hours nearest to them by visiting www.hrblock.com.
Clients may schedule an appointment and walk-ins are welcome. For more information about H&R Block’s extended office hours or to schedule an appointment with a tax professional, taxpayers should call 1-800-HRBLOCK. Taxpayers also can find an office online.
Do-it-yourself filers have 24/7 access to H&R Block DIY solutions on their computers, smartphones and tablets.
