Hey Class of 2020, hold onto your graduation caps… things are about to get a little sweet (or savory) as you celebrate this milestone during the coronavirus pandemic.
We know it’s been hard to end the semester away from friends and the classrooms. And, let’s face it, thousands of college students have become unemployed during this time with the majority not being able to qualify for unemployment.
But, whether you get to walk across the stage in your cap or gown or not, you should still be celebrated! Which is why these spots are giving a little gift to say congrats.
Plus, who could turn down a free burrito?
Chipotle
Between May 21 and June 30, the first 5,000 customers who purchase a graduation-themed gift card from Chipotle will receive a coupon code for a free entree (with the purchase of any entree). Chipotle also started a $25,000 scholarship contest with David Dobrik on Instagram.
Edible Arrangements
Edible Arrangements is giving away free Celebration Dipped Fruit Delights to 2,020 graduates this year. Just post a video on social media using #EdibleMoments and explain how you’re planning to celebrate your graduation. It gets even sweeter as they’re also offering 20 percent off all graduation-themed gifts between May 14 and June 5.
Jack in the Box
Taco-bout celebrating… Jack in the Box is giving away two free tacos in honor of the class of 2020 through purchases using their app between May 20 and May 26.
Krispy Kreme
Dress up in your cap and gown (or any sort of Class of 2020 gear) and Krispy Kreme will give away a dozen doughnuts for free to graduating seniors on Tuesday, May 19.
