Logan Hunt didn't have a typical childhood.
After being put up for adoption as a toddler, followed by a hurtful failed adoption in childhood, Logan (whose legal name used to be Seth Miller) spent the next decade in and out of unhappy foster homes. And at 18, he aged out of the foster care system and found himself homeless, living in his car. He was sad, angry and in need of a loving family.
"Everything around me was pretty much empty," he said.
After a story about Logan aired on WFAA, an unexpected turn of events occurred.
It just so happened that the couple who had adopted Seth's biological sister saw the story and from that point on, Logan's life was changed.
