LAKELAND, Fla. — It comes around every so often and -- brace yourself -- it's happening again: Publix chicken tender subs are going on sale.
The grocer will have the widely popular, maybe a little overrated (?), sandwich for $6.99 starting Thursday. That's the price for a whole sandwich, a whole $2 off.
Publix has the price posted in its weekly ad, effective Jan. 9-15.
