ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- What's more adorable than a sea cow drinking water from a sprinkler?
How about that same sea cow turning over to allow the water to go straight into its mouth.
That's what St. Petersburg resident, Sarah White captured on her phone Wednesday morning. She says she woke up to see the manatee swimming towards her backyard dock to where there was sprinkler leak.
The manatee floated right over, poked its nose slightly above water in the direction of the lightly flowing water. To Sarah's surprise, the manatee rolled over on its back to allow the water to flow into its mouth!
It was so adorable and we couldn't ask for a more "Florida" moment. And just in time for the holidays!
