New info released in Tarpon Springs Publix killing

The FDLE has released the report into the police shooting of murder suspect Arunya Rouch.  The Tarpon Springs Police are releasing the surveillance video from inside the Publix.

shooting of Publix murder suspect Arunya Rouch. Rouch, 42, is charged with First Degree Murder in the March 30, death of her 40-year-old co-worker, Gregory Janowski. Investigators say after Rouch gunned down Janowski in the parking lot of the Tarpon Springs Publix, she ran inside the store and fired shots at a Tarpon Springs Police officer who then returned fire, which hit Rouch in the chest. Everything else leading up to and including the killing of Janowski is being handled by the Tarpon Springs Police Department. Sergeant Michael Trill was one of the first police officers at the shooting scene. FDLE officials say Sgt. Trill was "in legal performance of his law enforcement duties and acted within the scope of his assignment. The investigation determined that the use of force by Sergeant Trill was within the allowable parameters outlined in Florida Statutes Chapter 776." p dir="ltr">After the shooting, Rouch was rushed to the hospital for surgery and eventually recovered enough to be moved to the Pinellas County Jail where she is being held without bond on a First Degree Murder charge.
