SAINT PETERSBURG, Fla. — In today’s ”Host Help,” Java showed us how to make a hot-chocolate bomb.
Ingredients
- Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers
- Hot Cocoa Mix
- Mini Marshmallow
- Holiday Sprinkles
- Instructions
- Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwavable bowl for 30 seconds. Then, stir the chocolate until completely melted.
- Use a spoon to put the melted chocolate into a silicone mold of your choice. I found a mold with presents because I couldn’t find the sphere mold that’s normally used for the bombs.
- Put the mold into the refrigerator for 15-20 min.
- Slowly and carefully, remove the chocolate from the mold.
- Fill one side of your chocolate with cocoa, marshmallows and holiday sprinkles.
- Use a hot plate or a hot spoon to melt the edges of an empty chocolate mold. Then, place it onto the filled mold and hold it in place until the chocolate begins to harden.
- Put your completed chocolate item into a mug and pour hot milk on top. The hot chocolate surprise will reveal itself.
