Do each exercise for 1 minute so one round will take you 6-7 minutes and repeat for as many times as you can for 30 minutes or more .

- Posture Check
- Lips closed breathing in and out nose in an effort to stay in the aerobic endurance zone and burn fat as a fuel source which will enable to you pace yourself well
- Exhale upon exertion to avoid risk of a hernia
- Never lock joints upon extension to lessen stress on joints
- Chin above heart
