Desert Island Workout

Do each exercise for 1 minute so one round will take you 6-7 minutes and repeat for as many times as you can for 30 minutes or more .

  • Posture check March / Jog

  • Push ups Knees / No cheats / Military
  • March / Jog

Golden rules

  • Posture Check
  • Lips closed breathing in and out nose in an effort to stay in the aerobic endurance zone and burn fat as a fuel source which will enable to you pace yourself well
  • Exhale upon exertion to avoid risk of a hernia
  • Never lock joints upon extension to lessen stress on joints
  • Chin above heart
