Sunday night at 8:00 means sitting in front of a TV with some popcorn anxiously waiting for "Undercover Boss" to start.

The show which premiered on Dec. 14 is about a high-level corporate executive that disguises themselves and goes undercover to work with their employees to see what really goes on behind the scenes of their company.

Each episode has been very emotional and has left viewers very pleased with the way that the executive's have chosen to correct and reward their employees, but Sunday's episode has left many questioning the CEO's actions.

CEO and founder of Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill, Doug Guller, has taken pride in opening a number of what he calls "breastaurants" throughout the southwest past of the nation.

Guller went undercover using the alias "Jake" and shadowed four different employees in different locations.

He explains how he is proud of the many "assets" that bring customers into Bikinis and his company motto "eat with your eyes."

After he was done shadowing his employees, he sat each of them down that either made a great impression on him or disappointed him in some way.

While talking with one of the employees, Jessica, Guller expressed his disappointment that she didn't wear the bikini top and wasn't enthusiastic about a future with the company. During his time with Jessica she had expressed to him that as soon as her resume was picked up by someone, she would leave her job as a server.

When confronted about this, Jessica explained that she did not want to be shown on television wearing a bikini top. Guller considered it a dress code violation, and she was fired.

Another employee, a server named Grace, explained how much she enjoyed her job, especially the uniform consisting of a bikini top, denim shorts, and cowboy boots. However, one thing in particular that she wanted to change was her breast size.

Guller promised her that if she continued her excellent work performance for the next six months, he would pay for her to get breast implants. Grace was ecstatic and finally had a new motivation to excel at work, but some viewers didn't see it that way.

Many took to Twitter expressing their outrage about Guller's actions.
