On April 5th, 2010, an explosion inside the Upper Big Branch Mine in West Virginia killed 29 miners. It was the worst coal mining disaster in the U.S. since 1970. The CEO of Massey Energy, the owner of the mine disagrees with the government's ruling on what caused the explosion and has commissioned a documentary to dispute the government's claims.
