The Hillsborough River is often used for family fun, from Christmas boat parades to turning it green for St. Patrick's Day. Now, it's time for the annual Incredible Duck Race, in support of The Kiwanis Club of Tampa. Fifteen-thousand rubber duckies will race down the river for a chance to win cash prizes!
