How sound therapy can improve well-being

Sound healing therapy uses aspects of music to improve your physical and emotional health and well-being

Sound therapy reduces stress, anxiety and depression, and it may help improve physical ailments. Sound therapy is especially effective in recovery as well. That’s why we invited Nina Beeman, a meditation and yoga teacher, to bring our minds from a waking consciousness alpha state to a more meditative state, which is beta or theta, using sound therapy.
