Clean eating does not have to be boring and bland. Katrina Wade, the owner of Katrina's Peppers & Jams joined us in the Kitchen with a delicious recipe. Katrina sauteed shrimp with her sweet and spicy dry rub. Then she made a mango salsa with her mango coconut jam. Lastly, she put the shrimp and salsa inside lettuce wraps. All Katrina’s jams are organic. You can try her jams in person at an upcoming event at the Blue Sage Eco Boutique. That event will take place August 10th from 10am-noon.
