Chef Fabio Viviani, known for becoming a fan favorite on the hit show, Top Chef, grew up in Italy and loves to incorporate his heritage into the kitchen. He demonstrates the following recipes:

- Citrus Olive Oil Muffins – a great breakfast or snack with citrus, floral undertones
- Grilled Jumbo Shrimp with Tomatoes – a yummy app that takes less than 20 minutes to prepare
- Tomato Tart – a flavorful and rich dish perfect for lunch or dinner

Chef Fabio Viviani, star of Bravo's "Top Chef All Stars," serves as the brand ambassador for Bertolli Olive Oil, the world's number one brand of olive oil. Viviani has had a passion for food since his childhood growing up in Florence, Italy. After his training at IPSSAR Saffi and working with several culinary luminaries in Italy, Chef Fabio opened Café Firenze in Moorpark, CA, and soon after, Firenze Osteria in North Hollywood, CA. On-screen, Viviani is perhaps best known for his appearance on season 5 of Bravo's hit series "Top Chef," earning the coveted title of "Fan Favorite." A gregarious host and entertaining guest, Viviani most recently appeared in the spinoff culinary reality show "Life After Top Chef" and hosts a regular spot on QVC. He is also the host of the award-winning web series "Chow Ciao!" on Yahoo! Off-screen, Viviani is the author of several successful cookbooks and e-books including, Café Firenze Cookbook, Did I Really Make Breakfast? and Fabio's Italian Kitchen.
