ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — We always hear people say that they just feel more at ease when they're at the beach or around water in general.
10News anchor Rob Finnerty spoke with Dr. Nick Dewan, Chief Medical Officer for BayCare Behavioral Health, about if there was a scientific explanation for why being at the beach is good for our health.
So he headed to the beach with an area doctor to find out when he had to say.
