'Rugrats,' 'Hey Arnold' and other '90s classics may be returning

Nickelodeon is thirsty for '90s kids' nostalgia.
NEW YORK, UNITED STATES: The "Rugrats" balloon sponsored by Nickelodeon floats down Broadway during the 75th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade 22 November 2001 in New York. New Yorkers crowded the streets to watch the 75th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade, an extravaganza of 15 giant balloons and marching bands with an added touch of patriotism.

Nickelodeon is thirsty for '90s kids' nostalgia.

First, they're premiering a new show featuring Kel Mitchell—as in, one-half of Kenan and Kel—called Game Shakers.

And now, a top network exec has revealed Nick's larger plans to mine the channel's '90s heydey, when it played classics like Hey Arnold!RugratsDougClarissa Explains It All, Rocko's Modern Life, All That and many more.
