TAMPA, Fla. — The Gasparilla Music Festival has released its daily lineup along with a newly-added batch of bands performing Feb. 16 through Feb. 18 at Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park.
The annual event offers three days of live music, food, and other special events, including a silent disco on Friday and Saturday nights and its family friendly Kids Fest on Sunday afternoon.
It announced its first wave of live performers in December, including Young the Giant, Louis the Child, Big Gigantic, and Lake Street Dive, and more than a dozen other local and regional acts, including performances from the Tampa Metro Youth Orchestra and the Mt. Zion Gospel Choir.
The newly announced additions to the lineup include Grammy Award winning Blues guitarist, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, as well as international performing artist and Tampa native Pusha Preme.
Other local and regional acts include Displace, GoldenEra, Madwoman, Raspberry Pie, Pet Lizard, Aych & Friends, DJ Sandman, Vision Crystal, Doug South, Divine AF, Zeta The Babe, Shelby Bond, Fil Pate, Aidan Bissett and more.
Also new at this year's festival will be its Roberts City Village (across from the Robert's City Stage), which will include a marketplace, refreshments and live art installations. The festival will also be expanding its bike valet service near the main gate.
The final band lineup with the full schedule of dates and times will be released soon, along with the festival's food lineup, transportation and lodging details.
