Morgan Wallen postpones second concert at Raymond James Stadium, Jelly Roll hosts make-up show

Opener Jelly Roll announced via X that he will perform a show at the Dallas Bull for ticket holders.

TAMPA, Fla. — Morgan Wallen postponed the second night of his two-night stint Friday at Tampa's Raymond James Stadium, the country music star wrote on X.

"I hate to reschedule shows," Wallen posted, "but I powered through being sick in Tampa last night, and unfortunately woke up feeling way worse today."

Wallen announced another round of concert dates on his "One Night at a Time" tour last fall. He performed Thursday evening for the Ray Jay crowd before announcing his postponement hours before his next show on Friday.

Opener Jelly Roll posted on X that he will be performing at 7 p.m. tonight at the Dallas Bull.

"If you have a ticket to the show you get in for free. (This is for ticket holders only) FIRST COME FIRST SERVE," the rapper said on X.

The new show date is set for Friday, Oct. 4, and all previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date, according to the Tampa Sports Authority.

"I would not give you guys anywhere near 100% tonight and as a result, I need to move tonight's Tampa show to Oct. 4 and next week's Charlotte shows to Oct. 18 and 19," Wallen's post read.
