New Orleans - An innocent plea for Jamie Foxx. The comedian and actor has pleaded innocent to misdemeanor charges that he fought with police officers in New Orleans after being ordered to leave a casino.Foxx and his sister were arrested early Saturday morning and charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace, battery on police officers and resisting arrest. Authorities haven’t yet decided whether to prosecute his sister.Authorities say Foxx and his sister refused to show ID when they entered the casino. They refused a request to leave, then allegedly fought with officers who came to take them out.Foxx is in town to film a movie titled “Unchain My Heart.” He plays Ray Charles in the film.
