This morning, runners and walkers filled the iconic Sunshine Skyway Bridge for the inaugural Skyway 10K, which benefits military families. Race capacity was 7,000 participants, which sold out quickly.
The race was a complete success, with money raised going to the Armed Forces Families Foundation.
The first person to cross the finish line was Joe Borg of Tampa.
