Bob Barker packs a wallop on CBS' 'Bold'

(USA TODAY) Don't badmouth animal lovers to Bob Barker.

The Bold and the Beautiful's' Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) will learn the consequences, Happy Gilmore-style, on Thursday's episode of the CBS daytime soap opera (1:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. PT), as Barker makes his third guest appearance since 2002.

When Barker overhears Wyatt referring to animal lovers as "stupid" and "wacko" in a discussion with his half-brother, Liam Cooper (Scott Clifton), the former Price Is Right host and famed animal rights activist objects to the terms and tells Wyatt "a pet could be your best friend."

Barker, 90, who hosted CBS' Price from 1972 to 2007, then delivers his famous tag line: "Help control the pet population. Have your pet spayed or neutered."

When Wyatt still doesn't get the message, Barker resorts to some impressive fisticuffs, a reminder of his famous fight scene with Adam Sandler in 1996's Happy Gilmore. Wyatt ends up in a puddle of mud, perhaps finally learning that you don't mess with Bob Barker.

"The Happy Gilmore fight scene ... is still a favorite with audiences to this day. It was fun to visit The Bold and the Beautiful and to know that I can still throw a punch. It's proof that those karate lessons with Chuck Norris are still paying off," Barker said in a statement.

"Bob's still got it in 'spayeds' – and neuters! I am so happy to have such a fine man and television legend on The Bold and the Beautiful. And doing his own stunts, no less!" Bold executive producer Bradley Bell said in a statement.

Take a look at part of Barker's punching prowess.
