NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Florida (AP) -- It's 12 months of probation and counseling for the daughter of evangelist Billy Graham. Virginia Graham Foreman of DeLeon Springs was charged with misdemeanor domestic abuse after a confrontation with her husband outside a shopping center in July. She spent one night in jail. Court documents say Foreman has agreed to undergo counseling, check in monthly while on probation and not possess a forearm or other weapons. She must also pay about 100 dollars for court fees. The state could resume prosecution if Foreman violates any part of the agreement.Three witnesses reportedly told police that Foreman pushed her husband and grabbed him by the throat. A Volusia County judge who presided over Foreman's first court appearance says Chad Foreman told police that witnesses had "just misunderstood what was going on between them."
