ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Since 2010, Tampa has not just been a city on the map for me; it's been a home where I met my wife and where we raise our family.
It’s also been a stage for diverse stories that weave the fabric of our community. From the grand opening of the Glazer Children’s Museum to numerous hurricanes and the euphoria of the Lightning's back-to-back Cups and a Bucs' Super Bowl victory, I've been privileged to witness the Bay Area's most memorable and shining moments.
My journalism adventures have taken me from the scorching heat of Phoenix to the chilly vibes of Minneapolis, through the heart of Tulsa, the excitement of Orlando and the cheesesteak haven of Philadelphia where I reported on the Rays' World Series quest against the Phillies.
The year 2013 brought me the honor of being named Florida’s "News Anchor of the Year" by the Society of Professional Journalists. Seven EMMY Awards and two Edward R Murrow awards for "Best Newscast” will always hold a special place in my heart because I got to tell your stories.
Philly-born and raised, I’m a graduate of the esteemed Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. My commitment is to blend professionalism and balance with the heart and soul of our beautiful Tampa Bay area community.
