Hannah Dineen is an Emmy-nominated journalist, who reports for 10 Tampa Bay Nightside. She joined the team in January 2022.
Previously, Hannah worked for our sister-station, NEWS CENTER Maine, based in Portland, Maine. She was both an anchor and reporter, telling a range of stories across the state. While her focuses were in the areas of government and business, she never passed on the chance to cover interesting local stories! The stories included but were not limited to: competitive sled dog racing, students who rode snowmobiles to school, and the world record from longest continuous Moose call. #ThatssoMaine
While she moved around the United States and Canada with her family growing up, New England is where Hannah considers home. She attended Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire prior to Colby College in Maine. At Colby, she studied Government and English, and played on the Women’s Ice Hockey Team. Go Mules!
Hannah is a passionate storyteller, critical thinker and team player. In an age of misinformation, she strives every day to seek the truth and keep our audience informed.
Hannah is eager to immerse herself in “all things Florida” and explore her new home! First on the list is visiting every beach in Saint Petersburg and Clearwater, followed by trying out her neighborhood restaurants and breweries.
If you run into Hannah, please stop to say hi, talk hockey, and share your story ideas!
