Jenny Dean was born and raised in Northern Kentucky.
Her first job in TV was reporting and anchoring in Quincy, Illinois. In 2000, she moved to Tampa Bay as a reporter and anchor for Bay News 9. She made the switch to country radio in 2006 and was part of the Travis and Jenny Show on US 103.5.
A couple years ago, news called her name again, so she took the morning drive anchor position on Newsradio 970 WFLA. Everything comes full circle and she's thrilled to be back on TV as part of the 10News WTSP team.
Jenny loves singing (you may even catch her performing the National Anthem at events around Tampa Bay). When she's not working or singing, she's usually spending time with her husband and kids. Her daughter is in middle school and her son is attending UCF.
