ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — If you're heading toward St. Petersburg during rush hour, you should expect delays.
There's a back-up on I-275 southbound, just after the Howard Frankland Bridge.
It's due to a car that caught fire by mile marker 31, which is near the old 4th Street exit in St. Pete.
Firefighters responded to the scene. And the flames have been extinguished. As of 5:38 p.m., the two outside lanes were still closed, causing delays.
Florida Highway Patrol said nobody was hurt.
If you haven't started your commute yet, you should consider an alternate route.
