OSTEEN, Fla. — A woman who went missing Sunday night in Central Florida has been found dead, authorities say.
The body of 46-year-old Misty Mireles was found near Lake Harney Road in Osteen, which was part of the area authorities were searching to find her, the Volusia Sheriff's Office said in a Facebook post.
Mireles was reportedly last seen between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. after she left a party on foot off Underhill Brand Road.
After finding her body, deputies said there were no signs of foul play or suspicious circumstances.
"The Sheriff's Office sends its condolences to the family and friends who were tirelessly searching and hoping for a different outcome," the agency wrote in the Facebook post.
