TAMPA, Fla. — An investigation is ongoing after a woman's body was found near a pond Monday morning in the Westchase area, according to the sheriff's office.
The Sky 10 helicopter flew over the scene near Nine Eagles Drive and found several Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office deputies and vehicles.
"Our deputies are currently investigating this as a death investigation," the agency said in a statement. "The public affairs office will provide any additional information if there is more to release."
No foul play is suspected.
