BRANDON, Fla. -- A man is charged with at least 35different crimes related to sex offenses, particularly those involving minors.
Authorities accuse Timothy Tuttle, 27, of using social media to solicit two 14-year-old girls for sex, eventually meeting them, according to a Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office news release. One such incident involved him meeting a teen at a mall.
Tuttle, who was 25 years old at the time, met with a teenage victim at the Brandon Town Center Mall after exchanging nude pictures on Facebook Messenger, deputies say. He reportedly admitted to several sexual encounters between Aug. 1 and Nov. 30, 2016, in a family changing room.
Tuttle also spoke with another victim through Messenger, exchanging photos and eventually meeting her several times at her home for sex, the release states. The crimes occurred between Jan. 1 and Oct. 31, 2016.
Authorities charge Tuttle with 30 counts of lewd or lascivious battery, five counts of use of computer services or devices to solicit and three counts of transmission of harmful material to minors.
Deputies say additional charges are likely.
