DOVER, Fla. — One person was injured and 10 kittens were rescued after a house fire in Dover Thursday afternoon, fire officials said.
The fire occurred around 12:37 p.m. at a home on West Trapnell Road, Hillsborough County Fire Rescue said in a news release. Arriving crews reportedly knocked the blaze down from the inside within 20 minutes.
No one was in the home at the time of the fire, but officials said one person was transported to the hospital in stable condition, and 10 kittens were rescued from the blaze.
At this time, investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire, officials said.
