LAKELAND, Fla. – Florida Highway Patrol troopers arrested a Lakeland man accused of killing a woman in a drunk-driving crash.

A 40-year-old Plant City woman died in the crash around 9:20 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 4 East at US Highway 98, according to an FHP crash report.
